  1. Receive, 0–5s. A new prescription arrives. RxAI opens its source and follows the pharmacy’s intake procedure.
  2. Match, 5–10s. The cursor searches for Margaret Holloway and selects the record with the matching date of birth.
  3. Prepare, 10–18s. The medication, directions, quantity, and refills are copied into an unsaved draft.
  4. Review, 18–25s. Work pauses. A pharmacist compares the original and proposed entry. A separate cursor labelled J. Tran, RPh approves the save.
  5. Save, 25–31s. RxAI requests a save, receives a saved response, and checks the saved draft against the approved entry.
